We give our company head honchos Toshiba notebooks with a Xircom Realport NIC/modem combo PC Card . We have had no problems with this setup, except that sometimes the powering off procedure with the Toshibas can be a little confusing when it doesn't work right.
I don't know if anybody has seen the commercials for Toshiba notebooks, with this stupid guy who checks his notebook with his suitcase on a flight. And in the next commercial after getting his laptop back, leaving it on the rear luggage rack of a cab. Annoying commercials, but not too far from the truth.
