Problem with my pine group 16x dvd-rom
I installed it tonight *as a matter of fact, I removed it and replaced the ide the second time I checked to make sure it was installed right* Device manager says the drive is fine but whenever I insert a cd, or boot up with a cd in the drive I get a VxD error my computer has to be rebooted. Any ideas on how I might fix this?

I have a Pine CDRW that has been buggy.I actually called them and told them it was junk and they sent me another one.No questions asked.I was amazed at how easy it was.I think there products suck myself.
Try disabling DMA for the drive in the device manager.Or perhaps enabling it......

Ok thanks. I just bought it yesterday, so I'm going to attempt to return it and find a better product.
