Resolved [RESOLVED] Win98 options for shutdown?

My cousin has a computer that has an Intel LX mobo, PII 300, 64M Ram, Dimond G460 video.
He gets an option when he shuts down his computer that says, it is safe to turn your computer off now or press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart, where it used to just shutdown (ATX). He claims he replaced his video card with a Geforce256 and decided to change it back to his old card and this started after he put his old video card back in. Is this a Windows option? I've checked BIOS for this also...any ideas?

Enable ACPI in the Bios and check out your Power Management options.
