CD-RW installation problems...
ok.. this is an installation problem.. not really a driver/software problem so i hope its ok? <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">
anyways, i just got a cd-writer and i was trying to figure out how to install it... my HD is using the primary IDE slot and my current cdrom is using the secondary IDE slot... can i go to a store and buy something so that i can have 2 connections on the secondary IDE slot?
also, there arent anymore 4-pin power-plugs in the computer, so how am i supposed to connect power to the cd-rw?
sorry, i know these are probably really newbie-ish questions..

Go to the nearest store and ask for cable
there are Power cables that muliplies the conectors. also ask for the flat cable (data)
that you can conect 2 components on one cable
you must lookout for one thing
when you conect the two cd's on one cable you must make one of them as Master and the other as Slave it should be on the rear of the cd's - with Jumpers.
