    Question Just Can't Find it!!!

    I have a Sony CD-Rom and I can't find the drivers for it anywhere! The model No. for this is: CDU-611. On the front of the door for the disc, it has a sticker that says:
    Sony
    24X Max IDE NetChevy4
    D4383-60041
    Thats it! I hope someone can tell me where to go to find one ! Thanx!

    The CDU-611 is listed in Sony's databse as OEM. They never released drivers for it; those would be the providence of whomever made the PC it is in or came out of.
    Still it lists the standard ATAPI driver as being acceptable, so you shouldn't even need a driver for 95 OSR2 or later.
    If you need one for DOS, grab the Generic ATAPI suite from Sony's FTP site.
