[RESOLVED] Weird Monitor Power issue in Win ME

Hardware:
Packard Bell 2020 15" monitor
3Dfx Voodoo 3 3500 TV/FM AGP
Celeron 533Mhz
Standby/Hibernation is off
Monitor/Hard Drives will power off after 10/15 min idle.

The problem I'm having is that in the morning when I come to my computer, the monitor is on and a cursor is blinking in the corner. I move the mouse and the Win Me desktop appears and everything works fine. The monitor will go into standby mode during the day just fine(12 hours), but overnight it will go into standby mode, but in the morning (7 hours) it is on with the cursor blinking in the corner. Anyone know how to get it to go into standby mode over night for the whole night? My drivers are correct and the most recent ones are installed, my feeling is Windows Me does something at night to disrupt it, but the schedueled tasks and maint. show nothing running at night that would not also be running durring the day. Win 98SE never had this problem. I'm starting to here of others with this same problem at work.
