windows/system/messages.drv missing

When I try to get into my Control Panel, I get the little searchlight and then the message: Windows/System/Messages.Drv is missing. I tried finding this driver on my Windows 98 disk and my system disk without any luck. Where can I get this missing driver?

First off, this may not be a windows specific file. Messages.drv looks like it could be attached to something like and Email program, like Outlook, or maybe something like AOL instant messanger or MSN messanger.

Had you recently removed any programs??
