print issue
I am having an issue with my HP Officejet G95 printer. I am running it on a Jetdirect 170x box in a server/client set up. It has been running perfectly fine up until about two weeks ago. Then it just quit. I have reloaded the drivers and everything the only account on the domain that would print is the Admin account. I gave out Domain Admin rights to my users and now they can print but with out the domain admin rights on there account they can not print to this printer. It is set up the exact same as my HP laser that is running just fine. The onbly difference is the ip and the drivers on the two printers. The error msg that I get on the server is a GDI/Driver error in rendering. What I see when it attempts to print is it start it in the queue and will spool up to 72 bytes then goes to deleting and hangs and I have to dellete it out of the queue. If any has had this problem or could give me suggestions on how to fix it I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

I had it twice - I have also notified HP on howto solve this problem.
Don't laugh this is the correct workaround (well, it worked for me).
Delete the Share of the Printer.
Go to the DC (in case of NT PDC/NDC).
Make a new Printer and connect it to the TCP/IP settings of the printer.
Share this printer to the clients.
Don't laugh it worked, for me.
