Whoops forgot to help Parrot, All the small networks I support most run win98, for some reason windows just will drop shares and/or lose drives that are mapped, especially if the machine is rebooted or a program locks it up, just like you said for 6 months it was fine, well have to check what has happen over the last 6 months (maybe a virus or a newly installed program) Had a customer who installed McAfee antivirus software then his real estate software would no longer work
Where's that smoke coming from ?

I don't understand if you are saying that users are sharing their drives, or if you think you have a virus...I think network.vbs shares your drives like that...

Good point sebass54, I've seen that virus before creates all kinds of havoc
