    Resolved [RESOLVED] network neiborhood

OK, RIGHT AFTER A FRESH INSTALL AND SETTING UP NETWORK PROPERTIES (I.E. PROTOCALS, FILE SHARING) NETWORK NEIBORHOOD DOESNT APPEAR ON THE DESKTOP. WHEN I BOOT UP I GET THIS MESSAGE THAT SAYS THE SYSTEM CANNOT FIND MSNP32.DLL AND SOME PARTS OF MICROSOFT NETWORK ARE NOT AVAILIBLE. COULD THIS BE CAUSING IT?

Remove all network components from the network control panel and reboot - that message should have gone away.

Reinstall all neccessary components in the network control panel, setup you client and protocols and reboot.

That will reload all the missing files and network neighborhood should then return.
