Event ID 2021 ?????

I keep getting this error every minute in the event log:

Event ID 2021
Description: The server was unable to allocate a work item 1 times in
the last 60 seconds.
It goes up to "900 times in the last 60 seconds"

I have done the reg hack that Microsoft recommend in Tech Net and I still get the error ?
Any Idea's .......?
Win2000 Server, HP Net Server LH3000 about 100 users

The only thing I found was pertaining to IIS v.1.

I also found this. Using regedt32, Go to the following key,

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\LanmanServer\Parameters

Edit or Add Value name MaxWorkItems, a type REG_DWORD entry, and set the data value to a decimal number that is either 512, 1024, 2048, 4096, or 8192. If you added the Value Name, start with 512, otherwise pick the next higher number.

Shutdown and restart.
