Just a suggestion but you could try Sygate Firewall Pro it will give you a live time list of applications running,ports accesed and IP address`s enabling you to both monitor and also deny access at will.

I Just wanted to send some thanks.

Zone Alarm did the trick after all. It must have been that file. When I stopped it from running, then deleted the file the activity stopped. I coppied the file to my A drive and I will submit it to Nortons to have them check it out.

That was the first time anything like this has ever happened to me. Thank God, it wasn't nothing major, like deleting files or fomatting....ect..

Thanks again, for all the help. I can now run my comp without worrying. I will keep a close eye though. When something like this happens to you, you start to realize how vulnerable you are.
