slow upload speeds
i did a test and it said 1630 down/ 163 kbps up. I want to know how to increase my upload speed . I have an external 3com cable modem. I cannot tranfer my files to anybody at only about 12-14 KB/sec. but yet they can send to ME at 35-45 kb/sec. How do I increase the speed at which I cand send them files? thanks

Your cable modem company restricts your upload speeds at their end. It is to prevent you from running a server, and using all their precious bandwidth.

Do you leak any fluids, do you have any bumps on your rear, do you have any unpleasant odors?
If you answered yes to any of these then you are not qualified to own a new AMD ATHLON XP.
If someone ask you if you are running the all-new fastest AMD ATHLON XP, just turn around and reply "WHY YES, AND ITS CERTIFIED"
