 Connecting to MS FTP Server
Is anyone else having problems connecting to MS FTP server?
ftp://hotfix.microsoft.com/winnt/
Has anyone been experiencing very slow FTP connection using the IE5.5 and Win2K?

Ok, Someone in my household enabled FTP PASSIVE mode in browser options.... AND I DIDN'T DO IT!
