As bad as Episode II: Attack of the Clones, it is right in line with the other titles like Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. Both by todays styles sound a bit odd. I think Lukas is just trying to keep the same naming style he started with Ep IV. But i agree, Episode II: Clone War sounds better.

    Star Wars: Bozo the Clone

Star Wars: Clone Dudes from Planet X

    Star Wars: Stop Cloning Around

On a similar subject, if you haven't seen this absolutely wonderful Star Wars like animation, do yourself a favor and download <a href="http://www.trippingtherift.com/downloads.htm" target="_blank">Tripping The Rift - Episode One: "Love and Darph"</a>

Cloning in real life today has nothing to do with the Clone Wars. The film is not copying what is the talk of the town. George Lucas had it in the timeline that the Clone Wars happened. Remeber in 1975 (1975 is when the filming took place) Luke said to Obi-Wan, "You fought in the Clone Wars?" In 1975, cloning was used only in science fiction movies and books since it was totally unheard of not to mention technically impossible.

    "Send In The Clones"

Maybe Star Wars follows the same pattern as the Star Trek movies. In ST, the odd number movies sucked (The Motion Picture, Search For Spock, Final Frontier, etc.) while the even numbered movies were great (Wrath of Khan, Voyage Home, Undiscovered Country, etc.). Star Wars I and V were kinda sucky, while Star Wars IV and VI were good, so maybe, just maybe, II will be good as well. (Unfortunately, that means that III will suck)

Someone here just suggested an alternate title:

Those Incredibly Strange Creatures who Turned to the Dark Side and Became Crazy Mixed-up Jedi

    Unhappy

I was thoroughly disappointed with TPM but then I thought about it from Lucas' point of view. Marketing, MARKETING (yelling now,) is all they thought about. Star Wars hooked everyone that went to see it, from 5 year olds to 50 year olds, the money really probably poured in from marketing the toys and other crap to kids though. Now, they released TPM, which should have been a heavy sci-fi, political drama (think Dune-"ish," but it was instead a cartoonish flick directed at 8 year olds. Brilliant marketing, we all went to see it thinking "oooooohhh Star Wars with current special effects, awesome" only to go, "mesa think this sucksa." The next one should be directed at 10-12 year olds, and the next to about 14 year olds (to hold the market.)
    I say BOYCOTT THEM ALL!!!

    I was thinking
Star Wars : The Clone Rangers
    or
Star Wars : Stem Cells gone Bad
    or
Star Wars : Anakin in Love
    end of line.

I don't think that Lucas has sucked enough money from us. Can you just imagine how much he will milk starwars original trilogy on dvd. He can take episode 2+3 and shove em.
Ok brain you don't want to do this , and I don't want to do this, so let's just get it done, and I'll go back to drowning you with beer.
