All of us here in Quebec city, are watching those events with horror and incomprehension.
To all our friends and family in USA, and specially those directly affected in NY, be sure Canada will render any and all help it can.
....
courage.

This is unbelievable. I am in shock.
I do feel that the flags, for now, should be flying at FULL STAFF to show the terrorists that our country won't be cowed. We can grieve later; now is the time for channeling our anger and our sadness in the right direction:
Give blood. If you can't give blood, show up at the local Red Cross and offer to help. They can use the extra set of hands.
Call up someone you have a disagreement with and heal it. Call your mother and tell her you love her. Let someone merge on the freeway.

I would just like to say that everyone in Canada (excluding the Palestinians) is mourning with the US in their great loss.
When this attack occurred the Palestinians cheered and handed out candies to their children, how's that for sick.
Canada will do everything in their power to assist in catching those responsible, as well assist with medical situations (burn victims are being flown to Ottawa and Toronto) and anything else possible.
I was just in New York (Manhattan) last week for the first time and I thought it was a great city. Hopefully one day, it can rebuild itself.

I cannot believe the Palestinians are cheering over the terrorist attack in NY and DC. They will not be laughing and cheering when we retaliate. It’s a doggy-dog world when it comes to retaliation.
I’m still very interested in how the first plain was hijacked and now one knew anything until it hit the first WTC building.
This whole thing just seems so unimaginable and outrageous. I for one am in total shock. My emotions are confused with hate and pain. It’s a sad, sad day in America.

Now you see the dumbing down of America in action. This is what happens when you relax the immigration laws. This is what happens when you have minimum wage people who cant speak english working in airport security. Yes I am proud to be a Redneck American who believes and adheres to the 2nd ammentment. I dont believe in sepratisim or closed borders but I do believe in control. We were warned 3 weeks ago that something terrible was going to take place and what a better day. incase you havent noticed the date! 911! Now who do we call? And for Texas Joe, If I was you I would be ashamed to call myself a Texan. It is people with idiologies as yours and Clintons that have led to the dumbing down of America. Always be politicaly correct and go to your sensitivity training. You may call it what you like but it is WAR. Go ahead and keep voting those wimpy politicians into office. Build a kinder and gentler America. Reap what you sow! I spent 8 years in the military and will gladly do it again if needed. I want background cheks on all immigrates. Iwant health checks and I want all wanna be Americans to speak english as my parents and whole family had to do. I am tired of companies putting minimum wage non english speaking people in support positions. It is time to look at the facts. Too many people refuse to let the facts get in the way of their preconceived ideas. We need to let the FBI and the CIA do what they are supposed to do. Americas security is far more important than wasting time on pirated software, on who is watching porn, on what political figure is sleeping whith whom or who is smoking a joint. It is a shame that J edgar had to pass on. The ACLU should feel very happy as they been instrumental in bringing this about with all their stupid lawsuits. It is time to bring America back from its deep sleep. Burn my flag and suffer the consequences. Most of the posts on this thread have been very pro-American and I say to those who would have this country become another third world, Why dont you leave America and go to a real 3rd world before you destry this country with your radical left wing ideas. Just remember 911 and remember thw results of Pearl Harbour

From Coffee Cup Software (Thank You)
Hello everyone,
This is Nicholas Longo, the CEO of CoffeeCup Software.
As you may have heard the World Trade Center and Pentagon
were attacked about 45 minutes ago.
The Team at CoffeeCup would like to send our heart felt
sorrow to those that perished in these attacks.
We would like to also say on record that if any country
is found responsible for these attacks, we call for that
country's complete destruction and annihilation.
Do not let terrorism which is designed to create fear
and stop production, halt your life or work.
Stay focused and do not stop what you are doing.
-May God bless us all and the decisions we must make.

How is it that everyone can be so quick to want to blow everyone else away? As yet we don't even know whom we want to do it to. This disgusting loss of life, and so many want to do it to whomever they think did this. I know everyone wants someone to place the blame on but what happens when there is a war, remember Desert Storm or worse Vietnam? Those weren't even all out “wars".

I believe in letting the FBI do what tehy want.
But within the same laws we all obey.
It shouldn't be twisted and used against us.
I was audited proved right and still had to pay $76 of which $68 was refunded.
They can't admit their wrong once wheels start.

It is certainly sad that the Palestinians should cheer this tragedy. We, the United States, were working towards resolving their issues with Israel. It’s a sad reflection of their ignorance and their inevitable inclination towards violence.
Palestinians have never known a peace. They were born and raised in a country torn and oppressed. I believe that peace in their country is a concept they can’t comprehend. Think about it, from the day they were born they’ve known nothing else.
When they witness an attack such as this they cheer because they’re witnessing something they understand, something they’ve known all their lives, violence. When they witness it happening to someone they perceive to be an enemy they feel relief, joy and victorious.
Sad, sad, sad. Human nature can be so barbaric; that’s why I advocate as much restraint as possible while our officials investigate this.
Joe

News Flash
A friend spent time in Isreal
Palestinian families are paid for kids being wounded
And more if a child is killed
They are so poor encouraging suicide is a good option.
No countries are welcoming Palestinians
The ME is still feudal in society and feuds.
(Syria Attacked Kuait)
No agreement can be reached because of the doctrine "Isreal mustn't be allowed to exsist"
Once that is removed agreements can be reached. Yessir Arabfat is no longer in charge. There are a dozen groups. Each more extreame.

True, and to fully appreciate that, you have to go all the way back to David and Goliath, the original Israel vs. Palestine.
