Someone posted something like this a while ago and somebody gave a link to a web site that prices your computer. I don't know anymore...I wish I could remember that site name.

considering the fact that it has a decent video card and a cdr(not the best, but ok)I'd say between 500 and 700 depending on the buyer. (a ID10T is going to pay more obviously). g'luck

I'd try for $500 also....myself personally, I would not pay more than $400, you could build a new PIII/733 for about $450

Well as you can see, my box is a bit rusty. It's also infected with mounds of dust.

There's quite a bit you can reuse. It all depends on the upgrade your planing. I'd recommend keeping all the drives since you'd never get anything close to what a new one would cost and two HDs are better then one. You should look to unload the mainboard, cpu and vid card and possibly the ram, again depending on what kind of upgrade your doing. The can probably be salvaged to save you alota $$$.

At the Computer Renaissance I work at, we'd try to sell that for $1000 Cdn (~US $650). Meaning we'd offer you maybe $6-700 (~US 400) for it. Assuming it's all working and you have the Windows license.

Out with the old, in with the new!

I want DDR Ram for the iWill DDR motherboard, also I wanna get the fasted AMD TBird on the market. I wanna get the ATI Redeon video and a 20-30 gig Seagate Barracuda Ultra SCSI LVD drive or something similar to hookup to my $300 dollar Adaptec Ultra SCSI card (THIS THING IS FAST) . Last but not least an Ultra SCSI Plextor CDROM and CDRW.

    What a hummer that’ll be….

I ordered the case, motherboard, Plextor CDRW and CDROM and also the DDR RAM today.

Just to add to the reuse posts I've seen.
Why ya getting rid of that 3Dfx V3 3500 Card?
It's supported by Windows 2000, Windows XP and Linux out of the box(no additional drivers are needed unless you run 3D games) If ya look on several posts in the Video section on this board alot of video problems, started after they got rid of there V3 card and got Nvidia or Ati cards.
Mine has handled every game I've thrown at it very well, and my coworker's his runs Unreal Turnament at 80fps after DX8 was installed.
It is still a good card to spite 3Dfx closing up shop, and would save you some money by keeping it.
