    I just had a classic...
    Came into work this morning after the works xmas party and was suffering, but this cheered me right up - a very urgent call came through into our Q stating that the user couldn't get any sound through her headphones (on a CTI application), I went up to have a look and the user passed me the headphones to have a listen - sure enough, no sound.
    I looked round the back of the machine, there was nothing pluged in. Tracing the headphones cable, I found out it was plugged into the machine next to hers. I asked her about this, and she said she borrowed the headphones from a colleague. When I pointed out that the headphones weren't plugged into her machine, she said "I know - will that matter?"

    I dunno, I don't think that a mac should be given to anyone.. thats just promoting the problem.
    Maybe an echerscetch (spelling?) would be a bit better...
