Yea, I posted that company a few months back. Nice to know they are still active in their quest. I wish I could be at AOL headquarters when they recieve that shipment. Do you think they'd just remail them back?

This reminds me of a lady a few years back.. She came into the store and picked up a CDRW, get's us to install it, no probs... Then she comes back a few days later complaining that the CDRW is defective cause she can't write CD's. Well, the CDRW was fine, she was trying to take the OAL CD's and erase them so she could rewrit them (like we did with the old floppies). When we told her it was not possible, she wanted a full refund (CDRW and labour costs).. we got our restocking fee and kept the labour costs on that one.

I thought that you were supposed to mark up the CD with a permanent marker to ruin it before you send the CD???
