PaintBalling. Just the word. How do you get access to the steam room?

I tried that once. Me and some friends went to an indoor paintball place and tried it out. It sucked because it was too small, and the other people there wouldn't play by the rules, apparantly getting shot 5 times in the head doesn't count when you you got shot peeking around a barrel . I'd like to really get into it but it takes more money than I currently have.
So, so busy lately. Oh, where do I start?

I used to go to this indoor place that was pretty cool, despite being fairly small. It was realy high energy. It was bought out, and the new owners went super cheap, got the lowest cost paintballs....guns jamming, bigger bruises, etc. Went to an outdoor place, and it sucked because there were always the wannabe green berets hanging out there who did nothing but play paintball

It's been a while I haven't participated in a bout, but it's a memorable experience!
I've played about 5 matches so far (day long), and would love to try it again this summer.
We used semi-automatic and automatic pistols and also had access to "bazookas" for a couple of matches.
There are some sites where jeeps, watercrafts and "tanks" are available.

For those of you who are avid paintballers, what equipment do you use? I have a WGP Autococker in blue chrome with a 30 oz nitrogen tank and a 24 inch sniper barrel, a 300 ball veiwloader hopper, and a mask I kind of designed myself. It is a combination of about three different masks I bought, and I added a small 3 volt fan in the crown to control fogging. as for clothing, I am known around where I play for wearing authentic BDU's and in cold weather I have a 300 weight flight suit I bought at an army navy store.

Heh, a good friend of mine used to go paint balling once or twice a month during college.
One of the guys on his floor was a marine (:eek .
He'd bring his buddies form the military to go against my friend's college floor.
Lets just say my friend's team always got their arses royaly kicked.
Towards the end of college, though, they concidered it a good game if they got 2 or 3 of them (out of about 10-15) before they were all gone.
