I've unlocked a Honda Civic with mine.

Gotta be the most useful tool I've ever used.

Who else has one on their person at all times? (or am I just deeply disturbed for talking to mine )

I wear one constantly. It's the most useful tool I've ever owned.

I've had it for about 5 years. I wear it about 350 days out of the year.

Got one for Father's Day this year, it is not only the greatest tool I've ever owned but it's great for fidgeting with as well.

When I was in the Navy, I had one with me all the time. Anytime I needed a tool, I'd have to go 5 decks down, etc. just to get a screwdriver if I didn't have that thing. I got rid of the leatherman in favor of other designs that were more comfortable to use as pliers or wire cutters after I depended on it for so many things.

    Cool

Oh man I got mine four years ago. Use it constantly at work and around the house. The most useful tool (IMHO) are the pliers and the ruler, saved my donkey several times. As an aside has anyone seen the PockeTech? My son and wife gave it to me for birthday/Fathers Day. It's a ¼" mini socket set, screw driver set, key wrench, saw, and 2" ruler. It comes with a belt pouch. About 4x larger than Leatherman pouch. I mainly keep it my vehicle or lunch box (I work in the field alot). It's been a pretty good gift.

Ive got The Wave and the Micra, both of which were given to me, and I love both of them. The micra I carry aound all the time and the Wave stays in my truck and it has helped me out quite a few times.

I have a Victorinox Swiss Champ that I've been carrying for at least 15 years. I've abused it more than any other tool I have, and it's still is great shape. I've even used it as a hammer! It's the same type of knife that McGyver used on the TV show.

I bought the survival pouch for it, so in addition to the knife, I also have a flashlight, safety pin, compass, mirror, whistle, comb, pen and pencil, bandaids, matches, a mini sewing kit, fishing line, nylon cord, an "Excerpts from the Air Force Manual AFM 64-5: Survival" pamplet, and clipped to the side is a bottle of pepper spray.

This knife and my tweaker are probably the tools I use 90% of the time.

I carry a Wave, a Crunch, a Micra, and a pouch with a 1/4" driver handle, 20 odd bits, and a flashlight. I have ready access to a Schrade tool also. Ive tried a lot and broke a lot of these multifunction tooks, these are the ones that lived. Very handy all the time. I wish a 3 digit multimeter could be built into one of them, hint hint hint Leatherman.

All this discussion on other threads of spell check et all, and I can't even spell tools correctly. Maybe that was one I hit the ADD button on. Ive tried several other mfgs products, and they just keep breaking at the plier pivot hinge. SOG makes some good tools, if they would just stay together longer that 2/3 months. Maybe Im to hard on them.
