Accubyte with out a doubt. They sent me a bad board and processor in teh same order and when I sent it back they gave me crap saying that it worked when they tested it. Funny thing was I got a different board when they sent back the "same" board. They just did not want to admit that they sold me 2 crap parts. So they give me crap about it

I use TCWO all the time (3 years running) and have never had a problem. I find that they have good prices, and answer my questions without any problems.
Now if you think that you will be able to use ANY supplier and NEVER have a problem, then you are dreaming. It happens.
Blessed are the geeks, for they shall internet the world

I never liked buying from online places. Most local places here in utah have jsut as good prices if not better.
EXCEPT i refuse to go to is EBCcomputers.com (local shop here in utah) I took a MB back because the AGP slot was in an akward position for my Voodoo5 .. when i took it back one of the IDE plugins on the MB was broken on one end. I didnt know it was that way, alls i did was try to see if the card would fit (which it didnt of course) and took it back not even touching the area in question. Those jerks said i was the one that broke it saying i must not have known what i was doing, i told them they could take the MB and shove it and that was the last time i was setting foot and last time any of my friends would set foot in the store EVER. We all would spend lots of cash and the next week 3 of us built new computers and they lost over 4k in business, i wrote the store manager about the situation and am still waiting for a response letter.
Word of warning to anyone in utah, DONT BUY THERE, go buy from the jerks at LSmicro.com
Oh and Dont buy from the local idiot "Super Dale" that sells for a place called "totally awesome computers" he is a total pr**k. Id tell you the story about what he did when someone had a problem with a whole slew of PCs they bought from him but would take too long...
Some people say i am indecisive, but i dont think i am, but sometimes i do.

i understand what your saying not all company's will always give you 100% with no hassle. BUT when i ordered from tcwo i ordered a case and a motherboard and cpu, well the case was dented the mother cylinder or transistor had liqued seeping out of it. i sent it back guy says everything ok, so i convinced him to send me another motherboard. he did and everything working ok. then i would get problem where system wouldnt boot, it ended up my mother board died. so i was like upset but i thought it is a good chance then to upgrade my computer with new mother board and processor, so i thought no way it can happen again, so i purchased a mother board from compusa because they had a sayo i liked, and i ordered a duron processor from tcwo. well it turned out that when i got everything the processor would go past dmi pool on boot up. tried to repartition it and it wouldnt let me, i restarted with startup disk and no matter what option i choose it would just freeze, well i thought i had to be a bad mother board so i exchanged it adn still same thing, so i purchased a tyan motherboard still same, then i thought maybe memory i got new memory still same. i couldnt figure it out, i was stumped the last thing was the processor, so i ordered a new processor from a different place and wouldnt you know SYSTEM WORKS NOW!!!!! i called them back and the tech guy was acting like a jerk with me because he didnt believe me. but he told me to send it in anyway, well i had a certain time to send it in and it was to late. i couldnt get my money back but it was my fault i waited to long. so that was the last time i ordered from them. my brother ordered a video card from them and the crap didnt work. he got his money back.
i guess some people get hit with bad luck and others dont. usually if a company keeps screwing up i usually walk away and find another company.

Caveat Emptor:
1. ussa.com: I've had the old bait and switch with them twice.
2. Fry's Electronics: can be . Their prices are reasonable (beware of junk though), but service and support eat used kitty litter.
I only post using 100% recycled electrons!!!
Stay on the bomb run, boys. I'm going to get them doors open if it hair lips everybody on Bear Creek.

Visions has a horrible reputation in BC and Alberta, I think. Their name should be "bait and switch" because that's what they do at every sale. They have only say 4 of each item on sale, but even if you get there at store opening on the first day of the sale, mysteriously they don't have any of the sale items but they're more than happy to direct you to a higher priced non-sale item instead.

Ok brain you don't want to do this , and I don't want to do this, so let's just get it done, and I'll go back to drowning you with beer.
