    Ok, so some idiot crashes the car, doing stupid things, his kid brother suffers brain damage, and all of a sudden its General Motors fault for building the car in the first place?

    Only in America.. frankly, Im disgusted at the people filing this suit.

    Ah Alabama!!! If your going to sue, sue in Alabama! Jeez a jury in Alabama awarded a guy several million bucks a few years ago because the paint job on his Beemer didn't suit him. Actually a long story, but still ridiculous. It was finally overturned on appeal. The judges saying the case should have never even made it to court in the first place. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="frown.gif" />

    I say that story has to be the biggest load of crap I have ever read. Everybody in this country is getting so damn sue-happy that you can't cross your eyes without having somebody take you to court over it. I am so sick of this $h1t.
