I weigh 205, and am a little beefy, but not fat... When I work out I actually gain weight, but slim down...

My weight fluctuates depending on the season. Right now I'm down to about 180 (I'm 5'10"), and I'm kinda stocky, but not really fat. During hunting season, I usually weigh a bit more, about 190-200. I try to keep a bit of fat on me, in case I get lost or stranded or get gored by a rabid deer, or shoot myself somehow. That way if it takes the search party a couple of weeks to find me, at least I won't die of malnourishment.

Well, this is the internet, and I do not know you guys and we'll probably never meet, so I am right on target...yea that's it!!...I weigh exactly what I should, and it's all muscle.
Actually, I am 6'4, 235lbs., but I have a beer-gut-in-training!!!.....It's not real noticeable yet, but it's there!!!

6'4" and I'm between 180-185 pounds. Tone and gettin' cut. (finally my metabolism has slowed enough that when I lift and work out...I gain muscle, instead of JUST getting stronger. But if I stop...I lose the weight). So I guess I'm just right. If now still a little under weight.
