I'm the heaviest I've ever been (heavy for a 6' tall girl) at 185 pounds (84kg, 13 1/2 stones). I'm just now, in the last two months, able to walk after six surgeries on my foot over the last two years, so now I'll be able to drop about 25-30 pounds and look good again. 155-160 is just about right for me.

Well, I have always been big. I was teased at school. I do remember getting down to 180lbs when I was about 15 but since then....well, I guess I will do something about it one day.

Height? Well I am the shortest in my family at 5'8", I have to look up to everyone except my mother-in-law !!
Never approach a computer saying or even thinking to yourself "I'll just do this quickly...."

6'1" and 225 pounds, it's the heaviest i've ever been and feels like little much. In high school when I was on the weight lifting team I got up to 217, in my junior year. Freshman year in college, got the ulcer(stress, beer, who knows?) and dropped to 145. I think 200 is the perfect weight for me when i'm active. Probably 180 inactive with less muscle. It isn't hard for me to lose weight so right now if I got my bad wrist in check and started lifting I could be in prime shape within 2 months.

uhhh, 'bout 80kg and 6'4". I think thats underweight for the height, buts thats about normal for me. When I take a shower, I have to run around in circles to get wet.

    Cool

    70kg(155lbs?)@5'10".
That's about 4 kg under ideal weight.

I am about right now, but before a computer job I was underweight. I used to cut weight for wrestling.
