    Resolved [RESOLVED] Stop cd-rom spindown?

    How do I stop my cd-rom from spinning down too fast? It is constantly spinning up to speed and then spins down, only to need to access again in a second or two, and then waiting to spin up again.
    Spec.'s

    win98
    RodeoDrive 36x atapi as master on 2
    model # 362D
    ??? DTCH006820
    ??? Factory code 9

    I've tried Spindown and DriveControl, and they are no help.
