WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL UPGRADE
WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL UPGRADE, EDUCATIONAL VERSION, DOES IT UPGRADE WINDOWS 98? I HAVE LOOKED ON WEB AND ONLY AVAILABLE VERSION STATES
UPGRADE FOR NT4/W2K, THE ORDINARY VERSION UPGRADES EVERYTHING (PROFFESIONAL) MY SON IS IN UNIVERSITY SO QUALIFIES FOR STUDENT UPGRADE BUT HE HAS, WINDOWS 98, ANY INFO MUCH APPRECIATED.
A computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing.

I'm pretty sure it does. It will say on the side of the box if it does for sure or not. By the way, you must really like that "caps lock" key on your keyboard.

Yes Trick XP will upgrade Win98.

If I remember correctly, XP Pro does need NT/2K to upgrade from and you can only upgrade Win98 to XP Home. you can upgrade a Win98 installation with a FULL version of Pro though I do know this for a fact.

Thanks for all your help everybody, I took delivery today and can assure the student version of professinal updates, 98/98se/nt4/w2k.
