    Post Unread Message Notification On Welcome Screen

    I have seen a few people, and my parents machine, tell them they have unread mail messages on the welcome screen.

    I was wondering how this feature is enabled, because it never seems to do it on mine. I looked through all the settings in outlook express, and still cannot find anything.

    Anyone know how to enable it?

    All the notifications are turned on. I use Outlook Express 6 that comes with XP. As far as I know it should just be a default setting, since I've seen trigger on the welcome screen even when OE isn't open at all.
