Post Cannot View Web Pages w/ WinXP Home & IE6

This problem's been bothering me for a few hours. I have a PC with a fresh install of WinXP Home Edition on it. We can connect to the ISP (Me), we can send/receive emails, and we can PING a server under the Command Prompt. As soon as we go to view a web site with IE6 we get the error "Cannot Find Server" - we haven't tried Netscape, nor have we uninstalled IE6 under the ADD/REMOVE programs in the control panel.

    Any Suggestions?

I would try to do a fresh install of IE somehow, or check the browsers settings
