Post free website stats with password protection?

since "Sitestatz.com" closed down a month or so ago, i've been on the lookout for a similar free website tracking service but none seem to come close.

    what i need is:
    password protection to the stats
a service that doesn't give you a big button to stick on yer site with "VIEW MY FREE STATS" or something like that. sitestatz gave a discreet button, about 10x10 which only showed a small graph image. very cool.

any help on this is mucho appreciated.

I hope that someday we will be able to put away our fears and prejudices and just laugh at people.
