Spaceports.com is the best IMO. I'm the admin of a (private) UBB there and it works like a charm.

Great service, and the ads are very unobtrusive.

They even have a support forum set up, with lots of other Spaceports users in there.

Only bad part: it gives about 5 popups if you have a 404 error so make sure you dont have ANY broken links! <IMG SRC="smilies/cool.gif" border="0">

As you're in the UK, try Cheapnet as they're one of the best, although you will have to pay for it.

We've been using them for a couple of years and their service is pretty good and the packages excellent - unlimited disk space, PHP3&4, MySQL, Perl/CGI, FTP, Unlimited POP3 accounts, 1Gb bandwidth per month, free domain name and 0845 dial-up number (unlimited accounts) for £100 a year! It's not free but it's certainly affordable and cheaper than most other ISPs who don't offer you anywhere near as much.

If it's specifically ASP you're after, a mate of mine uses FastHosts and they're supposed to be pretty good too. Don't know how much this costs though.
