All Accounts are hosted on fast Linux servers on our fully switched network.
Your account is a "real" system account - we do not use "mass-hosting" schemes that other hosts use to cram as many users per server as possible.
We do not use Cobalt rackservers. Our servers are currently 90% custom-tuned Intel servers. The remaining 10% are quality Dell servers.
New! Nov. 2000 Our NOC is now connected via an OC-12 Sonet Ring to three major North American backbones (AT&T, UUnet and Global Crossing). Speed that T-3 connected hosts can't match!
All servers are in a secure environment.
We are not a reseller. We operate our own servers and all technical support contact is made directly to our technicians. With phpwebhosting.com you will not waste time dealing with a "middleman".

Do you leak any fluids, do you have any bumps on your rear, do you have any unpleasant odors?
If you answered yes to any of these then you are not qualified to own a new AMD ATHLON XP.
If someone ask you if you are running the all-new fastest AMD ATHLON XP, just turn around and reply "WHY YES, AND ITS CERTIFIED"

12.49/month for those features? Hmmm. Is it against the rules to post competeing hosting prices with features if you own a company? Or would that count as advertising?

Since the tread has allready been started I guess you can all post.
If you post Please write the monthly bandwidth you will allow. We all know that there is no such thing as Unlimited.
I might be in the market soon for some more site hostings for several sites with several requirerments.
Another thing, Pleas Include if you allow to combine acounts. Lets say that I have 4 diferant sites, can I combine the monthly transfer of them all since one site will use lot's and the other almost nothing. Combined pay for all acounts and such...
I am using www.doteasy.com for hosting. 25$ a YEAR, 20MB space, unlimited Email acounts with 10MB space each and POP3 access, Domain name included for one year.
1G transfer per month.
I don't have all the extras posted here but for my small site is's enoght.

I host my site with www.hostmatters.com I've found them very good. They may not be the cheapest out there, but the sites are up 99% of the time. They've been very nice with any requests I've made, and don't have any horror stories to tell like you hear from other web hosting companies. If you are in the market check them out, or visit www.webhostdir.com or www.sitepointforums.com

Just an update about Phphosting.com
While they do offer un-metered bandwidth, they only offer 5gigs transfer per month. Un-metered bandwidth simply means that they don't cap you to 128k per second (like MANY other companies).
They also only initally offer 125 megs of space. Way more than most sites need. If you need more, they will give you more space as needed. This keeps the warez sites at bay (not that they are allowed).
On the POP3 Accounts, it's all relitive...you can have 1000 if you want, but they need to only be reciving a few emails a day...or you can have 5 that recieve 10000 per day. It's all relitive.
The biggest feature that I like about Phphosting is they take checks and money orders. I don't have a credit card, and will not get one. You have to prepay for 6 months or a full year. No big deal there.

I have found standardhost.com to be an exelent web host. They often have pretty good promtions, but their standard features is what makes them so great.
But they do cost a big more then some of these bargain companies.
