    Post scsi pcmcia cardbus controler

    does anyone have a winME driver for the cardbus controller for a HP cd writer plus m820e all i can find is the win2k drivers

    thanks but
    on that page it tells me that the adaptec software works but it says drives will not be tested on a clean install with me the default drivers for the card do not work no matter though the 98 rivers work to a certain extent but are buggy

    It sounds like you're having a hard time getting the Adaptec card's drivers installed correctly. Go here to Adaptec's website for WinME:

    http://www.adaptec.com/worldwide/sup...ows_ME_Support

    See if you can find your Adaptec model number and download the drivers for it...that is, if they are not already embedded in the WinME software.
