[RESOLVED] Office 97, Outlook does not open, missing files

Office 97 with the patches:
I cannot open Outlook, or Appointments. I recieve an error that Outlook.exe is missing and unable to find link to Mapis32.dll.
It worked fine a few weeks ago. And no I did not install anything new. However, I now have Vxd errors upon boot up too.
I cannot re-install Office. I have tried and it tells me it is unable to find Mapis32.dll
Noy sure if this helps but all these other files are missing as well:
Msisys.vxd
dr.watson.vxd
outllib.dll
kernell32.dll
