Arrow Formatting Comments In Excel 2000

I need to know how to set the default font for comments boxes in Excel 2000.

At the minute it is set to Tahoma 8pt, where the default font for the spreadsheet is Arial 10pt

    Please help...thanks Rigz <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

The way to do this is:

    Control Panel/Display/Appearance

    Select Item: Tooltips

then change the font to whatever you want as your default.

Only drawback is, all your status bars will now be in this font too.

I wish I could turn down the intelligence level of some clients' computers. There's a button on the monitor marked brightness, but it doesn't quite have the desired effect

You could also, to preserve other formatting, select Inser Comment in a cell, then, when the comments box is displayed, right-click and Format Comments

    Whatever!
