Scuba - Let me kmow if you ever have any problems with either yuor VX-1000 or DVC-700. I have worked on both a while now. Is your DVC-700 Completely Panasonic or is the back by some some else? We used Panasonic fronts with sony DC50 backs. Worked out really well. Enjoy!

To keep in step with the thread, I agree with Scuba on all the above. I do find that Media Studio Pro has a slightly less learning curve than Premier 6.
...Now where did I put that?

    Sorry <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0">
    Not having a VX1000 but a VX2000E.
    Never had any problems.

the Panasonic (700 model)is new to us.
we got it used after using it several times.
we also have a Old 215H that we are working with for the past 3 years. It had a problame the last month but just came back from service and is gr8 as ever.

the AJ-D700E have a Cannon Zoom Lens from the Type that Go in when Zooming so you can put filters on it.
