I'm trying to create a program that will do the following:
Change the registered user
pull up the event viewer
clear the event viewer
eject the cd that contains the program
reboot the machine
and after login, display systems properties and my computer.
I'm at the point of developing the part of clearing the event viewer now. But even if I cant get that, after the name has been changed I want the cd to eject.
Does this explaination help?

Maybe the source code from <a href="http://www.cmdtools.com/eject.zip" target="_blank">Dave Navarro's CD tools</a> can help you out.

My mini-tower computer sits on the floor beneath my desk in a spot not easily reachable. It's a pain to reach down and press the button to load and unload CD's. This utility let's me open and close the CD tray from a command line. And it supports multiple CDROM drives (including changers) and ZIP drives. Now includes source code! </font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Trebuchet MS, Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">
