Hard drive letter assignment

Does anyone know how to change the drive letter on Windows ME. I have like there HDs and I want to change the two secondary drive's letter that it is assigned to. I could do this on Windows 98 but Windows ME...?????....I dont know how.

you have a hard drive partitioned into 2 or 3, is that correct?
