The first phase of the Cancer Research - Think - is completed, and the second phase - Ligandfit - began recently with an update of the Agent. It all went pretty smoothly, the site was swamped for a couple of days as the updates came in. The data size of the new work units is much larger, so I notice the bandwidth drain on my dial-up for several minutes, but that's all.

If I remember correctly, about 300,000 promising molecules were identified from the Think project, and combinations of these are now being processed against proteins implicated in cancer development.
