Today's Active Topics
Will this feature be coming back or is it there and I've missed it?
I really like it...
Just curious...

Well it kinda is here. But you gotta do some extra clicks to see them. It would be nice if there was a button along with CP, Register, etc. that said, "Active Topics". Yes yes,.. bring back active topics I say! And beware of eatattacks!

If you are logged in, there is a link next to your avatar called "View new posts" on the main forums page. It isn't exactly like the active topics, but it basically does the same thing. Here is a direct link:

It doesnt quite do the same thing, not that Ive found anyway.
If I post a response then go forward to refresh the link again all the posts I was reffering/reading are no longer logged as new posts as they were in active topics.I have to go backwards through my post back to the active topics page.....if you catch my drift or am I missing something?

I actualy like the new system better.. "right click, open in new window" keeps all the old one there, and a refresh will add the new ones..

Search instead?
I thought search with posts since yesterday and say *e (there must be something ending in e in every post?) would work.... but the server just times out.

I Miss it Too!
It would be nice if there was a direct link to Today's Active Topics or maybe Recent Topics that lasted for more than just a day or so...
It sure would save me a lot of useless surfing...just my two cents worth...
