Not quite - since by installing it you have to agree - but at the end of the day even if you don't agree, the sp3 software allows it to do what you didn't agree to, so while it's an interesting exercise in semantics, I don't think it gets anyone anywhere.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

I agree. It doesn't get one anywhere. Basically, if the software gets on the computer, it's going to perform _as if you accepted the EULA._
Even if someone challenged Enabler's enabling, I doubt it would hold up in court.

Should it end up in court would`nt the onus then be on MS to prove you "agreed to the licence prior to the installation" as in the "you can`t install windows without IE intigration" argument?
EDIT:must get a new keyboard either that or a new set of fingers

*sigh* Cerebral bastards.
Notice I said the sp3 workaround was "hilarious", indicating that I thought it was extremely funny, which would lead some to believe it wasn't to be taken seriously.
