    Lightbulb Perfect Posting on Slashdot

    I know this is an odd place to post this, but I know several folks here who are members of Slashdot . That said, I've come up with a checklist for earning the highest possible Karma on your posts there. If you can think of any others, please list them.

    Make sure you have at least 3 (or more) of the following Obligatory items in every post.

    1."I know I'll get modded down for saying this but..."

    True that, the "beowolf" comment has been a "tad" *cough-cough* overused, its like its own bad cliche now..

    Yeah, SD has declined a bit, but I browse at +2 so the S/N ratio isn't too bad. But when I need a laugh, -1 all the way!

    Hmmmm maybe SD needs a new mod category
    +1 Technobabble . The + mod to be determiend by how many years of higher learning are needed to tell if the poster is being factual/ pulling things out of their ***/ being deliberately obtuse/ +5 rating only for those posting in about Physics in what seems to be High Atlantean

    Still SD isn't as bad as kur5hin!! Nothing beats being harangued by nitpicky pendantic intellectual moral equivalency bigots! heh!
