    Question Lost ram

    Just installed an ATI Rage 128 AGP in an older system that has 269+ Mb of sdram. Now windows only sees 128 Mb. Anyone explain this? Boot up shows 269+Nothing else changed in system

    269Mb ? What configuration ?
    Have you rechecked they are all firmly inserted?

    This problem should be covered in your Help file under "RAM Troubleshooter" or just RAM and then "System Properties reports less RAM than is installed"

    I'd copy and paste it myself except for some reason it doesn't want to come up right now.
    Maybe its a problem with my RAM.
