    Display Settings

Idiot Users!!!!! I have a user that changed her display settings in winNT 4.0. When the system boots you see it booting and the last thing you see before the screen goes blank is the blue screen that has the RAM info and service pack info at the top. You never see the selection to boot into 16 color mode. Once the screen goes blank, you cannot do anything. PC does not lock up because the caps lock and num lock lights turn on and off. But you cannot log into it to fix it. Any suggestions??
    Thanks
    zz

I have that happen often. Luckily I have VNC installed on the workstation so I can remotly control the workstation and the video works ok.

I can just take over the workstation and set the video settings to something doable...
