    Problems Powering On

The problem I am having is that when I shut down my computer, it usually won't power back up. I have to turn off the power supply, wait a few minutes, and then it will usually come back on. If not, I have to do it over again. The system runs fine when I can get it to come on, and there are no problems restarting.
I'm running an Athlon 1.1GHz on a Asus A7V MB with a Sparkle PS (FSP350-60BN). This problem developed about a month ago. Any advice would be appreciated

Check in the CMOS for "Power Loss"
    Set it to Power On
You still will have to wait a couple of seconds before powering the computer back up.
An obstacle is something you see when you take your eyes off your goal.
