Microsoft support knowledge base change is no good

I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but the MS knowledge base has really gone down hill over the last month. They just changed all the articles and removed the prefix letters to make them universal in any country. That sounds nice, but a bunch of articles are missing. I.E. q241344 which would now be just 241344 Error message: the page cannot be displayed. I used that one all the time. How about Q181599 How to remove and Reinstall Dial-Up networking and TCP/IP files. This is really frusturating. Does anyone know where to locate these two articles in their former glory? Maybe a mirror. I would even be happy if I could find them in spanish.

Search under the Q number in google - click the cache link under the preview to the right.

The mskb has been a mess for over a week now.... and they have the unerring ability to take down the page you want.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."
