IDE Raid?

I heard about this in passing... IDE Raid 0,1,5 and possibly 10. Anyone else heard of this, if so, could you point me in some directions to look? From what I recall it dealt with both software and hardware RAID, not just one or the other.

Most IDE RAID controllers support 0,1 & 0+1 . Not as adaptable as a dedicated SCSI setup but still quite useful none the less.

I saw egghead selling (auctining) these cards for 30+ dollars tuesday.
That is all I have seen of them. It only had raid 0,1, and I think 1+0. Not sure on that last one. Will Try to find the link about it for you.

Thanks for digging up the info for me.
The controller/software I'm referring to is something fairly recent, iirc. It utilizes all versions of raid (not sure about 10)... Last I heard it was being developed and was to be out on market in Summer 2001 and I'm looking for info on that as well.
Tho this info will be VERY useful
