COM+ Event System error
I've gotton the following error on all my workstations that I have upgraded to Windows XP. It is a re-occuring issue and I've not found much help on TechNet about it.
Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried installing any SP or have you installed any SP before the problem occured? Also, have you checked event viewer to see if it gives any more specifics are far as what's going on with it?

This guy says to look at event 4100:
http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=4356&source=
Then he goes on to say :
http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=4100&source=
There are a couple of KB articles at the end...you will have to search the kb with the article number, because to use the link you must subscribe...

Thanks for the reply,
I noticed the error in event log when I upgraded our workstations (mostly from Win98, some from Windows 2000) before any service packs. I am working my way thru the network, applying SP1 to the XP machines, but the error is still occuring.
The lines included in my first post were directly out of the Application event log, and that is all the info I have. I remember searching the registry for the partition numbers in the brackets, but that did not help me much either.
We run on an NT 4 domain (no AD) and I wonder if it has something to do with this? I don't notice any problems on the workstations, but it's anoying having this problem and not knowing what it is.
