    Hp Psc 2210

Installed the HP PSC 2210 on a white box machine running 98SE. Printed fine except anything to do with AOL 8.0. No email or web pages. AOL would get an illegal operation and disconnect. Upgraded IE to 6.0, and now AOL doesn't get any errors. However, we cannot get any email printed or webpages. All we get is one line of print being printed over and over again. All other jobs print fine on the machine. Get rid of AOL, reinstall it?

What driver version are you using. 1.10 is available on HP's site: here

I'm using the 1.10 from their website. Long download even on DSL. Thinking about turning off background printing. Believe HP has problems in this area.

    I recommend not using AOL.

Not using AOL is up to my customer, not me. I just try to get things working. Anyway, unchecking background printing in the advanced section of internet options, rebooting, then rechecking it seemed to make it work after that.

    Tks to everyone that responded.
