Not printing in color from IE6...

I have a user who cannot print color when she prints from IE 6.0. She is trying to print to a Xerox 8200 color printer. This behavior is not observed from any other applications.

Xerox had a knowledgebase article on this behavior and their solution was to set the color printer as the default printer. Well, this fix seemed to be working for a while and now user states that her printer is printing black and white again.

Microsoft also had an article on IE printing and they suggested that I add the network printer in the registry specific to IE at:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
    Explorer\PageSetup\printer

After adding the printer in the registry, it worked for
a while (without setting the printer as the default printer) and then it started printing in monochrome again.

To summarize, I have done the following so far:

    1. reinstalled the printer (didn't work)
    2. set the printer as the default as suggested by Xerox (not always worked)
    3. modified the registry as suggested by Microsoft (not always worked)
    4. reinstalled IE 6.0 (didn't work)
    5. completely recreated user profile and tried other profile (didn't work).
However, I was able to print color when logged in as the local
    administrator!

    Any suggestions or ideas???

    Thanks in advance!

File/page setup, goto printer, and under properties change from B&W to color???

That's all I can think of...
